This was a first visit for me to New York! The Pestana was amazing but the best experience was the hospitality Florian provided. Florian was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and must see locations! I highly recommend Pestana if you like 5 star treatment.
Amazing service. Everything is perfect. We just came to nyc with luggage and very tired, everything here was refreshing!! Florian was so nice and friendly, best ever!!
This is an amazing place and the receptionist Florian is so nice and helpful!!! I would recommend anyone coming to NYC staying in the hotel for its convenient location and cozy and comfortable rooms.
I stay at hotel for 3 days on a business and man was I amazed! Starting with the staff they were so friendly and welcoming. That guy Florian made sure I had everything I needed and the room was nice and clean 10/10
