Service was below expectations. Communication was unclear and there were delays in scheduling. The treatment did not feel very thorough, and the results were not noticeable as expected. Overall, the experience lacked professionalism and needs improvement in both service quality and customer handling.
Pest UnHabitat has been the absolute best. Fast service and Sebastian goes the extra mile. The most comprehensive inspection and treatment to keep any mice away. The consistent follow ups also help our peace of mind there is no chance of re-infestation.
