Sebastian’s service is top notch. His professionalism is outstanding. He spent the time to analyze inside and outside your house to identify all possible sources of pest problem. He is very thorough when working on the case. It’s not like some pest control company that has a blanket solution for all types of pest problem. Prior to contacting Pest Unhabitat, I had an annual maintenance contract with another pest control company. They used poison bait and replaced the bait once within the year, if I called them. Sebastien is different, he checks the possible entry points to make sure these rodents do not enter the house. He is very knowledgeable, to the extent of differentiating the species of mice, knows how they behave and the ways to treat the problem. I was recommended Pest UnHABITAT by my neighbour, who had very good results. Sebastien is great to work with, and he took care of my problem very quickly. As a pet owner, I especially appreciated the effort he put into making sure nothing was placed in an area that my dog would be able to reach. Beyond the initial treatment, he's done a great job making sure there have been no reoccurrences. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs his service.
