I first called Sebastian at Pest UnHabitat a year ago when I discovered rats in my garage. He has carefully and consistently kept on top of the infestation, returning on a regular basis to check the traps. His rates are reasonable and I was happy when he suggested one price for an entire year of service. Sebastian is very diligent and knowledgeable about rats and other pests. I trust him.

We contacted Sebastien when we encountered carpenter ants beginning to nest in a portion of our deck. He was very prompt in responding - on a weekend no less - and working around a pending refinishing. The cost was reasonable and he was very pro-active with scheduled return visits. Recommended!

Sebastien generously came for a rush inspection on a Saturday to help address a yellow jacket situation. He performed a thorough inspection and provided valuable advice to monitor the situation. I will be using Pest UnHABITAT for all of my needs.

After having spotted a mouse in the kitchen and trying to trap the mice myself while catching none, I called Sebastien. He came by, was able to quickly find the hot spots in the house, ascertain the type of mice, and set up the proper baits and mouse traps. Within 2 days we caught 5. We would catch some more over the next few months. He was very through with his checks and would provide detailed explanations. The catching and behaviour of the mice is just as he said.
