Zara was very helpful -price was reasonable and they were able to schedule our tenting quickly.
I do not recommend Pest Tech. While their process is the same as others, they do not accept responsibility for damage. They destroyed ornamental shrubbery and left my gate unhinged. When I complained, no compensation, no apology.
We prepped our house three separate times for tenting over three months, and the tenting was cancelled for high winds three times. On the fourth attempt the tenting and treatment was finally done. However, they broke a number of tiles, damaged our copper gutters when they leant the ladders against them, and damaged the stucco on the support columns when they tied rope around them.
