Amazing! This started out as a very traumatic day, thankfully I called Clegg's. Becky went above and behind to get me help today. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and explained my options knowing the safety of my dogs is my highest priority - followed by eliminating the problem. Joe came, also kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. I hope to never have this type of problem again but I will only reach out to Clegg's. Thank you!!

I called to inquire about services offered a woman by the name of Karen answered the phone. She lacked customer service skills and her personality was definitely lacking. She had the personality of a mime. If this is a representation I would rather go elsewhere. Her affect was totally flat and dismissive.
It is never a good look for a company vehicle to be driven recklessly on the road. The driver was cutting off other cars, speeding, and running stop signs. This behavior occurred on a two-lane road starting in Durham and continued all the way to Fuquay. I was genuinely surprised by the level of reckless driving, especially since it did not allow the driver to get ahead of other vehicles, we repeatedly ended up at the same red lights. We had Bob did our termite inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly to us. He drew up a treatment plan and walked us through the property and explained everything that's needs to be done in detail. Anthony and Moses are the technician that came to do the termite treatment. They were very careful and very thorough. It was a big job, lots of drilling. They did not cut corner or rush. They took their time and did a very good job.
