We discovered yellow jackets nesting inside a wall cavity. Pest Pros came within hours of our call and knew exactly what to do. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Pest Pros will be our first and only call in the future.
Mike and another technician (I'm sorry I forgot his name) came on time, listened carefully to what I had to say, inspected the areas of the house I was concerned about, and explained their findings clearly. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. I recommend this company highly. If I have any more trouble, I'll be calling them back. Highest recommendation.
Didn’t come to house when expected. Tried a second time and had two hour window for visit. Didn’t show up on time. Not professional business behavior. Wouldn’t recommend
We've had a pest maintenance contract with them for 13 years. They're still the best bargain in town and effective. They've always been there if we've had a pest emergency and always with a friendly smile
