Honestly my conversations with the office were a little confusing. I was asked for my cc information before an assessment was made, and then charged before any work was done. HOWEVER when I met Edgar, the technician I immediately felt confident in his assessment of my property and what my needs were. Phenomenal services! Edgar took care of an underground jacket nest I was inadvertently mowing my lawn by. Could've been bad but he took care of these flying nightmares. Our cat loves Edgar too! Keep up the great work team!
