This is our 5th year with Pest Pro, and I just want to say that they are by far the very best pest control service we’ve ever used. Their technicians are so incredibly knowledgeable and well trained at their jobs. My husband and I want to especially thank our tech, Bryce, who recently serviced our home with excellent comprehensive pest protection, as usual! It is obvious that Pest Pro is able to recruit the best people.
Bryce came to my home after I had seen a mouse in my pantry and set bait boxes. He also went all around the outside of the house and figured out where the mouse had come in. He answered all my questions and was very thorough.
As usual they did a good job. I have been using Pest Pro for a couple of years now and they are always on time and do a complete job. it was Edgar who came out on a repeat treatment. We discovered, after their treatment 2 weeks ago, we had a mischief of mice. He put bait out, looked for access points and advised how best to get rid of them. He was friendly and professional. Will continue to use Pest Pro for my quarterly treatments. Very satisfied customer.
Ryan Rennard was great. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and the respect he showed for our home m. Glad to be loyal Pest Pro customers. We welcome Ryan to our home. Pest Pro is the best service we have ever used to control all pests.
