Pest patrol did a fantastic job on my house. Their initial inspection identified termite damage that wasn't evident to the naked eye. I had to remediate the damage and take action against the termites before I could refinance my house. I was under a time constraint and Pest Patrol moved quickly to accommodate my timeline. Love this company! Andy did an amazing job at our home & thought of things I would not have. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! Pest Patrol is Reliable, affordable and thorough! We always get a notification when arriving & departing. Excellent customer service also!
We called Pest Patrol and explained our issue and they sent Andy out to treat the interior and exterior of our home within 2 days. He is professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Not only did he answer all our questions, he even showed up earlier in the day than expected. Extremely impressed with the quality of service and reasonably priced yearly subscription! Our technician, Andy, was awesome! Texted us when he was on his way and gave his eta. He was right on time. He was very personable, professional, polite and great at explaining the process and exactly where he was spraying and putting traps. He was even friendly with our curious dog. He was incredibly professional, confirming the appointment the day prior and notifying me of his ETA when he was on his way.
