Have only been using Pest Patrol for about 4 months now, so far Mike our service tech has done a superb job. He's knowledgeable, thorough and takes the extra time to point out his findings. If Mike stays then I guess finally we will have consistency of service which is key.

Customer service was amazing! Not only was it easy to schedule our service, they showed up on time and worked all day to complete the work. Javier and Omar were respectful and cleaned up after they were done. Communication was great and they both went above and beyond and provided great service. Highly recommend them!
