When I purchased my home 10 years ago I hired Pest Patrol. My yard looks so nice now. My saint Augustine grass has come back and killed most of the bad grass. I have also had their pest control service and have never seen any bugs or roaches in my home. I recently had a problem paying my bill because I am a federal worker that was not getting paid. I wish I could give this company a ZERO! Horrible service, unprofessional, and charged me a service they never provided!!! Don’t waste your time and money on this company. Pest Patrol bases their service around the company car’s “GPS”. I had checked my doorbell and outside cameras on “the day of service”. I did not see a tech at my house. Pest patrol accused me and said my cameras are unreliable. There GPS is unreliable and how do they know their technician even did the service? I have used Pest Patrol to fertilize and control bugs on my lawn for about 20 years. Lately they have gone down hill. As a matter of fact, they were supposed to do my lawn Monday of this week and never showed up or called. Tuesday I got a second text from them saying they would be at my house on Wednesday, yesterday, and never showed up. So very disappointed, over fertilized and killed all the grass. Asked for them to help in the replacement but became silent. I still cant believe they destroyed it totally .
