I have used Pest Patrol to fertilize and control bugs on my lawn for about 20 years. Lately they have gone down hill. As a matter of fact, they were supposed to do my lawn Monday of this week and never showed up or called. Tuesday I got a second text from them saying they would be at my house on Wednesday, yesterday, and never showed up. So very disappointed, over fertilized and killed all the grass. Asked for them to help in the replacement but became silent. I still cant believe they destroyed it totally .
Highly responsive, quality professional service.
I regret not taking the earlier reviews more seriously. The company continued to bill me despite no lawn service being performed. No service sign or other confirmation was ever left. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend using this company.
