I had a horrible experience when I attempted to use this company for a mice problem I was having in my home. I was given a contract that specifically listed traps were going to be used and exterior baiting. These traps were to be checked periodically, emptied and reset. It also said in the contract that they do not like to use baiting inside the home as the poison will kill the mice while they are in your walls and you will have a bad odor and it will be hard to get to them for removal.
