Honest and very knowledgeable. Charles takes the time to do it right the first time and find the problem instead of just spraying and leaving. He also didn't try to push anything that wasn't needed, which was great to have such straightforward service.
Charles got rid of wasps in the siding of our garage. He was very helpful in explaining what not to do when trying to stop this ourselves. The wasps were successfully removed. Pictures of the wasp nest are attached.

I had been fighting wasps for a week that made a hive in our bathroom venting system. We tried 2 different brands of wasp spray at different times of the day several times, soap and water which did slow them down, but they just kept coming.
