Very disappointing experience with SSPEST Control. The service came with a 6-month warranty, but when I needed them to honour the warranty, they did not do so. I made repeated attempts to resolve the issue and ultimately lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. NSW Fair Trading also made several attempts to contact SSPEST Control regarding my complaint but received no response.
