I called them to ask about the details of what needs to be done to prepare for the Exterminator and the first guy said he didn't know and hung up on me. I called back to ask for a manager and the girl I spoke to said that there was no manager. So I asked her the same question I had asked the first guy and she told me the only people who know that are the technicians themselves then she said there are no technicians available.
