I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and support I received from Ernesto and Dwayne. Both of them truly went above and beyond to take care of a disturbing rodent issue I was having. Be careful dealing with this company. I reported my landlord to hpd so he hired this company. The technician came out and told me he could not fix the problem. They will not provide me with the proper paperwork to deal with this situation being that the landlord is paying them. The owner told me directly “he has child support to pay and therefore can’t afford to lose the client”. I can’t rate Alex and Mercedes highly enough. I wish I could give 6 stars. I am recently separated and am having to deal with all this stuff for the first time. Alex made me feel comfortable, confident that he knows 100% what he’s doing, and he took the time to explain and show everything to me. And as an added bonus, he’s funny as hell. I will be working with him going forward without a doubt.
