I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and support I received from Ernesto and Dwayne. Both of them truly went above and beyond to take care of a disturbing rodent issue I was having. Be careful dealing with this company. I reported my landlord to hpd so he hired this company. The technician came out and told me he could not fix the problem. They will not provide me with the proper paperwork to deal with this situation being that the landlord is paying them. The owner told me directly “he has child support to pay and therefore can’t afford to lose the client”.
