I had an issue with water bugs in my apartment and called for help. Michelle assisted me over the phone and was incredibly kind and understanding. She sent a technician named Ali, who was not only professional and knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Both Michelle and Ali provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pest issues—they truly care and get the job done right.

This company is a gem!! The rare find, the needle in the haystack. I’ve been using them for three years and each time is a pleasant experience. Qassim and crew are ALWAYS the kind, courteous, respectful and responsible. Not only that, but they are extremely knowledgeable, and work ridiculously hard to get the job done. And they always. GET THE JOB DONE!! If it wasn’t for this company, I would have raccoons living in my crawlspace as permanent roommates.

In the past I have used several exterminating services. BEST PEST is far superior to all I have used. They are always on time, the employees are courteous, accommodating and thorough. They have eliminated my rodent problem and I am VERY PLEASED .
