Excellent response and Derek is a great technician. Service was fast and the cost very reasonable. I was hosting an event this past Sunday and required a large yellow jacket nest in a difficult area be addressed. Though I called on Friday, they were able to accommodate me for a Saturday appointment to assess and treat if I chose. Derek arrived early, explained the issue, treated it and explained what to expect after treatment. I was given peace of mind knowing the service is warranted.

Every interaction I had with Pest Assassins was top notch. I called on short notice about a big hornet nest behind my back door. Mike took the call and he was friendly and patient with me, telling he could get someone out to the house within 48 hours. He was not a pushy salesman. I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours of calling. Pest Assassins came to the house and removed a wasp/hornet nest on the front porch. The pricing for the service was fair. I'll definitely be calling them again if we need help.
