Derek has been extremely professional and has clearly communicated his assessment of our property, the problems, and treatments. He's answered any questions we have and been on time for our appointments. I've also been impressed when I've needed to reschedule. Their front desk person has been very available and made rescheduling super easy.
Tyler was kind and understanding. I felt confident in his knowledge of my particular situation and I feel so relieved that my mice problem will be resolved, hopefully sooner than later. He took a multi pronged strategy and I am feeling a bit less stressed out now that the issue is being addressed aggressively. I am grateful that the company as a whole took my situation seriously and was able to see me a day after my initial call. Thank you to Tiffany and Tyler.
Tyler, the service technician, is outstanding. Always on time, courteous, and professional. Tyler stopping by to top up the rodent bait boxes is the highlight of my day.
