I scheduled service with Pest Arrest and the morning of my service they called to cancel stating they had underbid the job and it would cost more than triple what they quoted me.
Disappointed – problem unresolved and poor follow-up. I really wanted to have a better experience with Pest Arrest. The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We clearly showed where a rat was entering and exiting our garage through a hole above an electrical panel. We had a rat problem in our garage and some rodent in our attic. We called and this company to come out 4 times and the last 5th time the person who came out he told my wife “I don’t know what to tell you, sorry we didn’t catch anything” he also said “the owner would give us a call to resolve this issue” and we never received that call. We told them we’re not going to patch up any holes until this thing is caught, the last thing I want is to seal up the holes and a rodent is left in my attic and it passes.
