Disappointed – problem unresolved and poor follow-up. I really wanted to have a better experience with Pest Arrest. The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We clearly showed where a rat was entering and exiting our garage through a hole above an electrical panel. We had a rat problem in our garage and some rodent in our attic. We called and this company to come out 4 times and the last 5th time the person who came out he told my wife “I don’t know what to tell you, sorry we didn’t catch anything” he also said “the owner would give us a call to resolve this issue” and we never received that call. Pest Arrest is a great value! The technician , Brice, was on time, explained in detail the services that he would perform and took the time to do a professional job. I would highly recommend Pest Arrest and will keep them on our schedule.
Mr. McKee was fantastic at taking care of what was needed. He was extremely respectful and made sure that we had what we needed inside and outside of the house. We have thoroughly enjoyed using Pest Arrest!
