Excellent ..so far. I've only seen Dr. Pescosolido a few times. He is easy to talk to and is a great listener. He discusses medication options with you. Although I haven't had the necessity to make an appointment on short notice, he told me that availability is very important to him and that he can usually see someone the next day. I think finding a good psychiatrist is a challenge; I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. P.
