Absolute nightmare. Was traveling to Long Island from upstate New York and made an over 6 hour detour with my wife and 1 year old because I had a fair deal worked out with one of the sales managers on a CPO at a Peruzzi dealership. The sales manager I worked with wasn't available when we got to the dealership amd the sales manager on duty wouldn't honor the deal. He claimed "Peruzzi policy" wouldnt let him move forward. We had a great experience at this location from start to finish. The staff is polite, helpful and exceptionally friendly. We received service mainly by their sales person whose name is Nick.M. He was fantastic. To name a few, Tom, Dave, Bree and Matthew were also helpful! The other five star reviews are spot on. Excellent place to purchase a vehicle.
