The person who took my order was rude . I realize what I wanted was not available, but she didn't have to roll her eyes and put a smirk on her face . I should have left right there. I continue to order my item and when I pick it up it was ok but by the next day it was almost dead I will not get flowers from there again.

I had an issue with a missing item from my order today. Normally I would not complain but seeing as how expensive it was, I decided to see if I could get a credit for it. The service was impeccable! The situation has been resolved and I am very happy with the customer service I received!

I didn't really have high expectations when it came to my wedding flowers, however Hy-Vee florals knocked it out of the park! I have gotten several complements with my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets!! I loved them so much, seriously identical to the picture I sent to them as an idea of what I liked. I would recommend them to anyone!!
