I had a great experience with Yarely and Lisa today. I had placed a big order with them, went through all of that hassle only to find out that I had called the wrong state. I felt really bad about wasting so much of their time and Lisa couldn't have been more understanding (stuff happens). I truly appreciate that and can't recommend those two or this floral shop anymore than I am now. If I could give ten stars I would. Excellent people.
I had a floral emergency today and I was so pleased with how kind and accommodating she was! Everything worked out wonderfully and I am so grateful! Definitely recommend!
I'd highly recommend they invest in floral transport boxes... 90 dollar vase and nothing to transport it in securely..
Jill was absolutely amazing on home coming weekend she went above and beyond helping me
The person who took my order was rude . I realize what I wanted was not available, but she didn't have to roll her eyes and put a smirk on her face . I should have left right there. I continue to order my item and when I pick it up it was ok but by the next day it was almost dead I will not get flowers from there again.
