Horrible place. Loud n ghetto! There e2as a heroin addicts passed out in the grass. Maintenance man operates his recon business instead of working on apartments. The recom is in the garages of the apartments. The property manager dresses likes she is going to bed. She takes her newborn baby to work n locks the door to the office so yenants can mot disturb her while she is taking vare of her baby!!! Horrible place!
