After visit and discussion of the required work, I was told I would receive a quote by the weekend. 4 weeks later, during which my calls and texts were basically ignored - a quote was emailed. When they came to complete the job, my instructions were not correctly followed. In addition, damage was done to an internal fence and the guys left plastic water bottles littered about my property. Dean and his team did a clean, professional, and efficient job on removing a giant ponytail palm in our front yard! He's so accommodating to our needs and the quote was very reasonable compared with the others we got. Very happy with his service.
