I’ve had incredible care from Dr Helen Ballal. She is kind, compassionate, and truly considerate, which made a difficult time so much easier. Her surgical work is beautiful. I had a therapeutic mammoplasty with a wide local excision based on her advice, and I’m so glad I trusted her. I’ve gone from an F cup to what will likely settle as a generous C (still healing), and I’m really happy with the result. I felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommend. She is a walking angel.
As the husband of a wife enduring this ordeal, I am appalled by the service provided. The doctor informed us that surgery was scheduled for early Friday morning, yet it did not take place until late Friday evening. Even worse, the doctor failed to discuss the outcome of the procedure, leaving my wife in a state of uncertainty throughout the entire weekend.
I can not praise Dr jackson enough. He is such a brilliant surgeon. Explained everything in detail to me at initial consultation. Was so thorough with everything. I am very happy with my results after a second breast reduction Thank you to you and your lovely staff
