Visited in October 2025 when I was having difficulty with my lungs. The staff were amazing; my nurse even washed a container from her lunchbox so she could give my service dog a bowl of water (along with a comfy blanket for the floor). Housekeeping keeps the place really clean. The equipment isn’t broken or outdated. The porter wheeled me to Diagnostic Imaging with my service dog by my side the whole time. Worst hospital experience of my life. The staff was rude, and didn’t work. The building is filthy, used protection gear and bugs were everywhere. And the cherry on top, the waiting time to even see the doctor is god awful. They have a sign at the front desk saying it can take upwards of 8 hours. I will never come back here and will never recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had a peritonsillar abscess in my throat (potentially life threatening condition). I kept telling them the severe amount of pain i was in and difficulty breathing. I didn’t come to the hospital until I wasn’t able to even drink water. Despite my clear condition they told me it was likely strep throat and refused to triage me again. I waited 10 hours in the worst pain of my life while they see 10 people before me who have zero visible injuries. The worst part is a nurse yelled at me calling saying I was faking it.
