Was given a referral by my GP to have a sleep study here to identify my sleep apnoea. Rang a couple of times and no answer, just a voice message asking for me to leave my number for them to get back to me. They didn't. Eventually got through to a staff member on another attempt and was told they were short staffed. I was also instructed to email a copy of my referral to them and they would come back to me. Just a quick note to say thanks to Sarah at the Perth Sleep Clinic. I've been in multiple times since getting my CPAP machine in the summer. I'm sure that many of my questions may seem redundant to most, but Sarah has always had the patience to walk me through everything with kindness and humour. Each time that I've had a query, fitting, needed a new mask etc., the experience has been nothing short of great. I wish all institutions/companies had representatives like Sarah!
Dr Pritchard is brilliant, a genius all round, and as always he provides an exceptional experience he is extremely helpful thorough and kind. Nothing is too hard when we ask questions. Dr Pritchard always comes up with the best solution for my 86 year old Mum "Ann". The receptionists were also lovely. We visited on 28th Feb 2023. We always look forward to seeing Dr Pritchard.
