I think the concerns raised in previous reviews about the reception experience at this practice are well articulated. I appreciate that medical reception staff have a difficult role to play, but based on my experience there appears to be a clear issue here that is not being adequately addressed. I can’t comment on Dr Mazur’s medical care because, unfortunately, my experience with the practice led me to walk away before becoming a patient. Wish I could give a zero star. First introduction to the practice deserves that. Called up trying to get some information on the doctor I was thinking to get a referral for. Wanted to ask questions on fees, rebate, waiting times etc and was so rudely spoken to by the receptionist. She didn’t want to answer my questions and just wanted to hang up. I was referred to Dr Mazur for a second opinion on my rheumatoid arthritis, but unfortunately I never even made it to the doctor — my entire experience was shaped by the reception staff, and it was genuinely terrible. The practice called me to offer a new‑patient appointment three months out, at 9:30am, with a $600 consultation fee. Dr Kiri Langford and the reception staff are really professional and I would recommend Dr Langford to anyone who has issues related to rheumatology and they helped me with follow up to other specialists after getting all the test results.
Dr Langford was amazing, she listened to my concerns and was understanding and supportive and helped me find answers
