My first contact with Dr Isaacs was 18 years ago with bilateral retinal detachment. He assured me it would rectify itself, which thankfully was the case, without the need for surgery. Recently I have seen Dr Isaacs for the removal of cataracts, and the results are wonderful. I am delighted to write a review for Perth Retina. Firstly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Secondly, the rooms are both clean and relaxing. Finally Dr Tim Isaac’s is very professional and competent. He is very thorough in all of his observations but most of all his manner instils confidence coupled with compassion. I have no reservations in recommending this practice to all who need this service.

Seen by both Dr Isaacs and Dr Lam. We are so lucky in Perth to have this highly specialised practice that treats eye cancer. Dr Isaac’s was confident and quickly reassuring to me when diagnosing my cancer, for which I was grateful. Perth Retina is an extremely efficient practice who go out of their way to see you or respond to urgent requests immediately. I highly recommend Perth Retina Clinic. Dr Isaacs has genuinely been a lifesaver. I needed emergency surgery for a detached retina, and although I was incredibly anxious about it, he made me feel cared for every step of the way. It was a huge shock when it happened, and I didn’t handle it all that well—I was quite highly strung and stressed about it. I was extremely impressed by the whole experience of my recent appointment and procedure at Perth Retina. I had a prior visit to the practice and had some reservations that my symptoms were not able to be treated. However this time Dr Isaacs was able to fit me into his schedule the very next day and operated on the affected eye successfully.
