Hi - very happy with the professional approach of the whole team and the final results. There was good open regular communication that ensured the project progressed as per the agreed schedule and cost. The team completed all required work and made good on a couple of extra items so that we now have required results that should last. Again many thanks to the leadership and team as greatly appreciated especially given we were not always on site. No hesitation on recommending to others.

I initially made an enquiry in January and I found the person I spoke to extremely unprofessional. I was asked to sms photos which I did. I followed up my quote in February and was asked to resend my basic information which I did within 5 minutes. It has been four weeks of radio silence. I won't be following up again. Would hate to see their work if this is an example of their care factor. My experience trying to gain a quote or even a response can be summarized with - Poor communication. Unprofessional. Rude.
