James and the team at Perth Render Repairs did an amazing job at one of our properties for us. They showed professionalism, care and outstanding communication throughout the whole process! Very thankful!
I initially made an enquiry in January and I found the person I spoke to extremely unprofessional. I was asked to sms photos which I did. I followed up my quote in February and was asked to resend my basic information which I did within 5 minutes. It has been four weeks of radio silence. I won't be following up again. Would hate to see their work if this is an example of their care factor. My experience trying to gain a quote or even a response can be summarized with - Poor communication. Unprofessional. Rude.
