Attended yesterday with a friend having an MRI - the gentlemen conducting the scan were wonderful, kind and caring, they went the extra mile to ensure my friend was given the highest care possible.
Was sent for an mri... all the way through i was told it would be bulk billed due to age.. got to appointment again confirmed bulk billed to then be told by the tech id have to pay $400 in order to have it. I had to wait 6 weeks for this appointment. Have been unable to work as a result and so i wasnt in a position to cover the $400 out of pocket. Had to come away without the scan i needed.
