Disorganised and slow. Always having to wait on the line, clearly need more staff
My experience booking appointments has been difficult and the reception staff member at the Mount Hospital clinic today has very poor service skills. I can’t comment on the clinical side of the business but the administration has been very bad.
Very friendly and competent staff that keeps you informed. I have also witnessed the care and compassion provided to others while I had an appointment here. Highly recommended.

19/9/23: I was referred to Perth Radiology whilst I was a patient at Mount Hospital, so I had no choice but to use their services. The clinical staff were fantastic. All the problems started after I returned home. I was sent 2 checks by Medicare that I had to forward on to them, which I didn't realised happened any more. I then received 3 invoices for gap payments which I paid within the requested 7 days. These were the only requests for gap payments in over $60k worth of claims to my Private insurance for my time in 2 diffe... read more
