Fast service, friendly staff :)
On april 1st i had 2 pip joint cortisone injections, and another 2 done on the 2nd of april to my right hand. The attending nurse was on both days and her approach to patients (me) and attention to details when with the 2 dr technicians doing injection was impecable i was 100% calmer watching her advocate and comminicate for me. Great and friendly staff, very clean and tidy.
I’ve had many MRIs here over the years with my most recent being this week. I have always been treated with kindness and respect by staff, which has made my experience both comfortable and easy.
I had an appointment booked, and I have taken two days off work for PRP injections. Now they have suddenly told me I need to reschedule, for an appointment in 2 days' time. I sent the reply "Y" to confirm the appointment and now it has to be changed. I have simply lost that time thanks to this mess, and will have to miss another day or two of work for the new rescheduled appointment.
