Wife was Booked in at 1230hrs for MRI and CT scan and at 1600hrs she is still in not complete plus she is diabetic and had to fast from 1000hrs queit sad .
Rang for a CT scan this morning expecting to have to wait until early in the New Year. Had the appointment 90 minutes after the phone call. Everyone was on time and the scan completed within 15 minutes. Could not of asked for better service.
Visited on 04/12/2025. No effort was made by any of the staff upon arriving, and the woman who handled my X-ray was extremely rude. She even shook her head at me when I asked a simple question about my issue. Overall a very unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The whole environment felt depressing.
Went in for 2 MRI scans. Got an appointment same day which was awesome. Told to arrive for 6:15 and after sitting in the car for 10 minutes walked in at 6pm. Matea at reception was awesome because as I was starting to fill out the forms and send referral I got called through. At 6:05pm. Needless to say didn’t have paperwork ready. No problem for any of the staff however, they just helped me fill it out in the changing rooms to keep the ball rolling. Shame about two rude receptionists that are employed at this office. Extremely rude and rather talk to each other instead of waiting patients.
