The guys showed the highest level of professionalism when carrying out works for our fencing, taking their time measuring and lining up our glass pool fence and front fence to carry out the works with great care and accuracy. Highly recommended for the guys craftsmanship and Pete and Kylie for their experienced knowledge and friendly customer service.

Management appears to be quite unorganised. Communication is inconsistent, important information is often unclear, and processes don’t seem to be followed properly. There’s definitely room for improvement in leadership and coordination.
