Management appears to be quite unorganised. Communication is inconsistent, important information is often unclear, and processes don’t seem to be followed properly. There’s definitely room for improvement in leadership and coordination.

Pete was prompt with visiting our property to measure and quote, when many others had never bothered to return calls. We were able to get the job done in perfect alignment with the pool completion, and we are happy with the final result with eco stone travertine paving and perf mesh fencing. Pete went above and beyond for us, arranging extra little bits for us that just made our life so much easier. I recommend PPF.

Very disappointed working with Peter, he hired my company to do some work for him. The last job Peter had absolutely no materials ready and the clients had been waiting for weeks on end already so I offered to get the materials and get the job going for the clients, after we completed 50% of the works, Peter and the client had a dispute and Peter told us to leave the site. I'm editing my review until Pete follows through with actually returning to our property to address our concerns. Perhaps editing my review will actually get him to attend, like he keeps saying he will 🤞 I am really pleased with our experience with PPF.
