Just finished my appointment with Dr Silbert,and I don't get the bad reviews. I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. Lovely receptionist,both Dr Silbert and his nice were very kind,and gentle. Would definitely recommend Dr Silbert to anyone.
Dr Silbert is very knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. He always makes himself available to correspond when needed and has helped my migraine management immensely. I cannot comprehend the lower star reviews. I think he and his team are fantastic!!!
Awful experience - rude, arrogant, not compassionate, blamed my mental health on my migraines - wouldn't allow my support person to come into the appointment with me. Would not recommend.
What a lovely, calming, and supportive atmosphere the staff and doctors have created at Perth Neurophysiology Clinic! My daughter recently had a Nerve Conduction Test (EMG), and we were both so impressed by the care and professionalism shown. The staff took their time to explain each step of the process clearly and patiently, helping her feel informed and at ease throughout the entire procedure.
