Short notice booking, friendly, efficient and provided treatment as was needed.
I was nervous of having a massage as I live with CRPS and find often the simplest touch can trigger me. However, that nervousness was needless, as Tegan was great. I came away more relaxed, able to move, and confident I will come back for more! Just walking felt easier, not to mention bending and stretching. Highly recommend to anyone needing a massage.
I can’t thank Teegan-Marie more, my shoulders and neck have never felt better. I have a much better range of movement, now. Thank you!
