I attended Perth Brain Centre for a QEEG Brain Scan after completing an initial consultation. At no point during the consultation, booking process, or assessment was I advised that I would be unable to obtain my results or report without booking an additional consultation with the Director. The information provided to me outlined separate fees for consultations, assessments, and results/recommendations appointments, making these appear to be optional services rather than a requirement to access my own results. I can't thank Daniel, Karen and the team at PBC enough. Daniel's experience is extensive. I've had great results working with him.
My daughter has had 20 sessions of neurofeedback treatment, which have greatly helped with her binge eating. She no longer feels constantly hungry or keeps looking for food. We are very grateful to everyone at the Brian Center for their support and care.
From my experience they have tried to invoice me privately when this was disclosed as a DVA matter. They remained silent despite multiple prior emails advising of DVA. Despite making complaint they try to pursue you for invoice that should not have occurred.In my opinion totally unethical. Next stop Ministerial Grievances.
I was in quite a poor mental condition when I first attended Perth Brain centre and had tried many other approaches with no consistent results and therefore was unsure about trying another form of treatment.
