I’m genuinely concerned about the ongoing safety and hygiene issues at 120 Perth. Lately, it’s become common to see individuals loitering in the stairwells this is often carried about by crackheads and bums, they are often clearly under the influence, shouting, or leaving behind garbage and even used needles, which poses a real danger to residents. I was trying to leave my apartment and was waiting for an uber when 4 troubled kids started screaming and throwing rocks around and at the glass door. Im writing this review to warn anybody who might be thinking of moving in.
Met the staff for an interview cleaning services needed.. they most kind, friendly and welcoming to me as a visitor.. didn't get hired but environment is clearly well established as a group of professional members and staff .. awesome experience meeting them..
