Perth Co-op is absolutely disgusting. The place feels filthy and crawling with thugs hanging around outside like it’s their turf. It’s intimidating, dirty, and unsafe — nothing about it feels like a safe apartment complex. I wouldn’t un recommend anyone to ever live here.”
The building kind of stinks and thered alot of thugs roaming around. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about their safety.
I’m genuinely concerned about the ongoing safety and hygiene issues at 120 Perth. Lately, it’s become common to see individuals loitering in the stairwells this is often carried about by crackheads and bums, they are often clearly under the influence, shouting, or leaving behind garbage and even used needles, which poses a real danger to residents. I was trying to leave my apartment and was waiting for an uber when 4 troubled kids started screaming and throwing rocks around and at the glass door. Im writing this review to warn anybody who might be thinking of moving in.
