I booked a room on fri for 2 nights late notice and on my way only to get a phone call to say the room was no longer available due to air-conditioning leaking and to cancel it online for full refund. I done that then get a call 10min to say I accidentally booked the wrong dates and no refund would be given even though it was 1 month away and they told me to cancel room not picking up on my date mix and up knowing 100% I needed the room that night . Not happy and taking further action
