The facilities are fine but they dont care to provide their customers who are not members basic dignity. There is no shower to rinse off except for in the members rooms, not even in the bathroom. They also dont provide cold water, a robe, enough towels. You dont get a full sized towel. They provide a cold wash cloth, and a towel for you to sit on in the sauna so you aren't sitting directly on the wood. Dishonest business practices. When I signed up, the female owner and attendant stated unambiguously that, when I wanted to cancel, I just needed to write an email the night before the next billing cycle. I did so and specified that my budget didn’t allow me to continue a membership. The male owner tried to ignore my termination and charge me for another month. Had my first experience recently out of my own curiosity for red light therapy , as well as infrared saunas, and this hit the mark on both of those. I got a nice session and a thorough explanation of everything works from beginning to end and of course everything in between.
