The experience at PERSPIRE is always a five-star experience. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the equipment, it is all top notch. Unlike the gym memberships, the equipment is always working and it’s always freshly cleaned after each use. If you haven’t experienced the a personal red light therapy and sauna studio, I highly recommend, you give it to try.

Studio is clean with clean towels! Minty face towel is great making the session so relaxing!
I had a great experience at the infrared sauna. The facilities were always exceptionally clean, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Each session left me feeling deeply relaxed and noticeably uplifted. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and recharge.
