Outdated system that does not allow for the use of gift cards. Hard to cancel- have to send an email to manager. Now charge extra for an extra towel. Customer service is practically non-existent.

I ended up buying a package for 20 sessions back in Novermber. They ended up closing the location in westlake and its been multiple weeks where owner fails to refund my money. I would be very skeptical of doing business with this place.
