So, I continue to be shocked by the lack of professionalism with the Sendero location. After I was charged for 2 months with no notification, ( I had had my account paused for 3 months since I was not using my prepaid sessions, 8 total in my account). When I emailed the the Sendero location attention Maria, I received a response that they would reverse the charges & terminate my account. I DID NOT request my account be closed.
