Absolute worst care ever. My daughter was a patient. She started with one therapist a young lady and my daughter seemed to click. Then without warning or explanation she was gone. Then we got the CEO Amy as a therapist. I explained my daughter was difficult to get talking. She assured me that was fine. She worked with my daughter for about 3 months and said that was it she couldn't care for her anymore and dropped her. Left us with the prescriber because my daughter was on meds at the time. Experiencia horrible, canesele una cita personal que tenía porque según ellos era el único día que tenían disponible para ver al psicólogo que está a una hora de mi casa. Cuando llego allí 10 minutos temprano nadie estaba en el mostrador y a lo lejos se escucha el chisme y la riza. Luego de 20 minutos salen y me dicen que perdí mi cita porque no estaba a tiempo allí. I didn't have the best experience but you need to see if this practice is a fit for you. Take care.
They reschedule appointments constantly (they have called me to reschedule one appointment 4 times in the past week). Sometimes they forget to call you at all, making it impossible to not miss your appointments. They have a policy that if you haven't seen a therapist there within the last 30 days, they will refuse to let you see the APRN. My sister has been off her meds for over a month directly because of them rescheduling and that policy.
