I started dealing with knee pain back in high school after a series of quick growth spurts. The pain seemed to come from a lot of muscle tightness, especially in my hamstrings. At the time I stayed pretty active and stretched regularly, so the issue never felt too serious. Dr. Q is perfect for climbers since he's a climber himself and has exceptional training. Myofascial release therapy has been very helpful in listening to my body and identifying the pain points. It's been one month since I completed my sessions, and the exercises I was given have continued to help heal my fingers and hamstring, so I can get back to climbing at 100%. I've seen three PTs over the past year for injuries from climbing, and he's had the most comprehensive plan and has taken the time to understand my daily routine... read more
Injured my wrist and forearm (tendonitis) from my single-handed backhand when playing pickleball. Rest and iced for three weeks. It slowly got better, but never fully went away. A session at PPT stretched it out nicely in ways that you just can't do by yourself. Felt immediate relief as evident from stress testing my wrist before and after the treatment. I was also given some self treatment guidance to speed up the recovery process. Will definitely come back for any nagging injuries in the future.

The help and advice was thoughtfully given and personalized to each climber. My son slowed his training to accommodate Dr. Q’s treatment plan, and a few months later he was able to climb at Hueco Tanks successfully! I would definitely recommend Dr. Q to local injured cl... read more
