I got a a2 pulley injury and some joint pain on middle pip joint and thought the pain would go away after some rest and time off climbing for a few weeks but it didn't. After some research I found Perspective Physical Therapy and Dr. Q, who specialize in treating these types of climbing injuries. In my personal experience, Dr. Q is one of the best in his field, as he connects with you and is a climber himself so you don't have to explain anything. Dr. Q also gives you tools and habits that you can carry on that keep your fin... read more

I dealt with several climbing related finger injuries due to overuse over the past 8 months or so. I did not have good information regarding treatment and symptoms, but was recommended Dr. Q by my coach and thought I would give it a try. Dr. Q does an amazing job incorporating your training needs into the treatment plan. Since I climb competitively, it wasn't in the cards to just stop, rest, and build back up, so Dr. Q worked with me to build a training plan around physical therapy and rehab. Additionally, he does a great jo... read more

I developed an elbow injury and slowly lost my ability to climb hard due to the amount of pain I was in. I waited to find treatment for months hoping the injury would resolve itself and was unable to find a way to make my elbow any better. Dr. Q was immediately able to diagnose my injury and build me a clear plan to return to climbing, that still involved climbing. The highlights of my experience with Dr. Q so far have been his willingness to keep climbing a part of my treatment, his ability to answer any questions I have in... read more

I started dealing with knee pain back in high school after a series of quick growth spurts. The pain seemed to come from a lot of muscle tightness, especially in my hamstrings. At the time I stayed pretty active and stretched regularly, so the issue never felt too serious. However, after graduating college and starting a full-time remote job, my lifestyle became much less active and the pain and tightness gradually became significantly worse. It started to impact my day-to-day life—not just during workouts, but throughout th... read more

Dr. Q is perfect for climbers since he's a climber himself and has exceptional training. Myofascial release therapy has been very helpful in listening to my body and identifying the pain points. It's been one month since I completed my sessions, and the exercises I was given have continued to help heal my fingers and hamstring, so I can get back to climbing at 100%. I've seen three PTs over the past year for injuries from climbing, and he's had the most comprehensive plan and has taken the time to understand my daily routine... read more
