Great for climbers! I had (I thought) a pulley injury on my right ring finger from cutting loose while climbing overhung with my hands on crimps. I rested a week and tried to reintroduce climbing but something was clearly wrong. I stubbornly kept climbing on it including a bouldering competition. This led to later incidents where my hand was feeling worse and worse in a wider range of holds. I can't say enough great things about Dr Q. Not only does his treatments work wonders, he's also really great about explaining the reasonings behind what I'm experiencing. Every session, I learn more about myself and my body. Happy to say that after just 4 sessions and doing my "homework" I'm no longer experiencing the random twinges of pain in my hip. Thanks Dr Q!

Not just for climbers!!!! We found Dr. Tran just searching for a PT to help my daughter out because we wanted to get away from medication. She has been dealing with pain in her joints of the hips, knees and ankles. She would complain daily to me about her pain and her ability to not walk easily at school. We had to get a section 504 in place for her to be able to move around in class if she needed to and for her to get an elevator pass to use as needed. Her pain started over 2 years ago and we were sent to many different doc... read more
