I received one voice mail asking me to call Ruby to schedule nurse care. She called on Tuesday at 10.30 am. I called wed at 10am to return call and schedule nurse care. Ruby was rude. She told me that a nurse alili called me and left a message. I replied that I had no message. She basically implied her nurse was telling truth and I am a liar. It's a simple thing. I am giving this company 5 stars because of their nurse, Johanna. My husband has had several hospitalizations in the past year and he is entitled to a nurse visit upon release. Johanna has been here many times and I can't say enough nice things about her. She is friendly, compassionate, professional has helped my husband's recoveries each time. She is a great asset to this company.
