Extremely unprofessional, rude and condescending. I arranged to have a nurse evaluate my 83-yr old mother for physical therapy (on a Friday - 11/14/25) and was informed the nurse would call before the end of the day. She did not. I let it go and waited for her to call on Monday. She did not, so I called around 2-2:30 pm to find out what happened and was told someone would get back to us.
