Horrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!! They overcharge. Ordered glasses on Thursday, tried to cancel Friday morning since I found out I paid 4X what others charge. I was told too bad.
Horrible experience !!! Office Manager in violation of the ADA guidance on "reasonable accommodations" said she could NOT assist me w/signing their Patient sign in log. Very rude. Sadly, I was excited to use Dr Calhoun who is a Chilton County Native - a county that I have a personal love for. Had wished for a better experience.
Excellent experience at Perspective Eye Center. Dr. Calhoun was extremely professional and thorough—my vision correction was checked more carefully than it has been in years. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they have a very good selection of frames. I also appreciated the option to have retinal imaging done for a small additional cost, which was absolutely worth it and avoided the need for dilation drops. Highly recommend this practice.
The team here is amazing! Ive been a patient here for almost 10 years and everyone goes above and beyond to make certain they provide excellent care!
Dr. Gross is the best. I visited several eye doctors because I was having eye pain. One wanted to do surgery, but all I had was dry eyes. And just like that, using bandaid contacts for awhile, getting fitted for a sclera lens, and treating my eyes with Refresh products plus wearing an eye mask at night, my pain went away. Thanks Dr. Gross n team.
