I waited months for my appointment. I was told I needed to fill out their online information which immediately asks for your full social security number along with uploading your front and back license. I was not allowed to come in and fill out information in person. You will be forced to reveal too much identity information which is sacred these days. After a few years without dental care due to lapses in insurance, I booked an appointment at Perspective Dental just because they were in-network and close-by, but I’ve been truly blown away by their care since my first visit. They were really patient, understanding, kind, and non-judgemental about my dental issues due to the lapse in care, and when it came to discussing future dental plans and pricing, they were really detailed, transparent, and offered many options/paths. If you are someone who gets very anxious when it comes to dental work, 10/10 recommend Dr. Smitherman and her staff at Perspective Dental. I felt very heard and seen when asked about my concerns. Overall, the level of care for my comfort during my cleaning and other dental work was the best I’ve ever experienced. Very transparent about pricing as well!
Been coming here for years and the staff is amazing! I highly recommend.
