I do not understand the recent 1 star reviews! Sounds like spam or a competing business. Sherry is extremely professional and a leader when it comes to customer service, skill and care. Shame on people who hurt small businesses with BS reviews.

I am quite disappointed with how this situation was handled. There was a noticeable lack of responsibility and follow-through from the team. Despite multiple attempts to get clarity, the responses remained vague and delayed. This reflects poorly on overall management and customer care.

I had a very disappointing experience overall. The service was slow and lacked professionalism, and it felt like customer concerns were not taken seriously. I expected much better standards, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet even basic expectations.

I had a wonderful relaxing experience with Sherry. I had the Hybrid Fusion Skin Mask™ Intense Hydration HydraFacial MD® & IPL Skin Rejuvenation. The location was clean and calming; first was the Hydration Facial, then afterwards the IPL treatment, followed up by a calming mask. I came out cleansed, glowing, and relaxed. I highly recommend Perspecta Beauty, and will book again.
