I had an excellent experience at The Perspective Fitness gym. The team has tremendous knowledge about every deep muscle and body type. I was suffering from chronic pain, but after I joined this team, I felt very confident, energetic and pain-free without any medication. Thank you team and keep it up.

I joined Perspect-IV studio about 10 months back and since then I have lost more than 100 lbs of excess weight. The trainers - Irinder, Puneet and Gurveer created a custom plan for someone like me (who had never worked out with weights besides some basic cardio). Over the past year, I lost fat, gained muscle, improved my strength, mobility and stability, and overall feel incredible.
