Amazing studio and even better trainers
I joined Perspect-IV studio about 10 months back and since then I have lost more than 100 lbs of excess weight. The trainers - Irinder, Puneet and Gurveer created a custom plan for someone like me (who had never worked out with weights besides some basic cardio). Over the past year, I lost fat, gained muscle, improved my strength, mobility and stability, and overall feel incredible. Nice quiet comfortable fitness studio. Puneet was so amazing and had a welcoming vibe. She was calm, informative and very kind hearted.
I love this fitness studio!! In the past I joined the big fitness centres, but never went. Here, I am motivated to go!! The exercises are adapted if you have any issues (like sore knees) to support you!! The trainers are so much fun!! It’s a family! I’m part of the OG and love it!!
