I want to say how wonderful nurse practitioner Cynthia was in caring for my sacral wound. Not only does she have a great personality but she is very experienced, caring, attentive and discreet. I highly recommend Personic Wound Care and especially Cynthia.
In the beginning the first nurse that came did 1 leg the machine broke down and the next appointment I had she quit they came to me and begged me to wait until they hired another nurse and trained her so I did then after about 6 months they stopped my treatment and said that the insurance company was the problem and that was a lie my insurance company had no problem covering the treatment and they told me I needed I.V. antibiotics and I had to use this company that I had to pay $250.
