My husband had a serious leg wound as a result of a large hematoma bursting. He required ongoing wound care after being discharged from the hospital. We learned of Personic Health from CareVio, a healthcare management program. We weren't aware that a wound care company would make house calls, and we were somewhat skeptical initially. The NP, Trina was an amazing leader in my Mom’s wound care. She was visited my Mother weekly for debridement of her bed sores and took excellent care of her. She communicated effectively with the other nurses for continuity of care. I highly recommend Personic care for ar home wound care.

We were treated very poorly, in a unprofessional manor by Personic Health, Illinois. They employ low skilled & unprofessional staff. The nurse that visited our home did not know how to perform simple tasks, apply wound dressing or collect wound culture. The scheduling team, Zaida for their main treatment "Mist Therapy", was very rude on the phone. Appointments were difficult to come by & there were instances when they simply did not show up.
