It's all been said before, read all the reviews, good or bad. No Doctors ever came in person at my house.
This is the worse company I have ever worked with, just cause I'm sick doesn't mean I want bad health care. They never show up when they make an appointment but then they should keep the appointment they don't even call to cancel they just keep charging your insurance. Don't fall for bs just say no thank you!!!!!
I am beyond disappointed and angry with this facility. When my father first began receiving wound care here, the staff was attentive, responsive, and seemed genuinely concerned about his recovery. We trusted them completely. However, the moment a second wound developed, everything changed. Calls go unanswered. Emails are ignored. Messages are “taken” but never returned. My Mist therapist Julie is the best!!!
Julie Cochrane, my Ultrasonic mist therapist is not only great at her job, but also has a great personality. She has a warm and caring respect for me the patient and that means a lot. Since she began the mist therapy my wounds are beginning to heal. I sure wish this treatment had been recommended sooner.
