There are not enough words to enthusiastically commend and thank Personally FIT Physical Therapy for all the very kind and professional help they have provided to me the past six months. Charmaine, my physical therapist, is a skilled and compassionate professional who is also very personable. I love how, at Personally Fit, they print out your specifically designed therapy program at the end of each session and the team of wonderful therapy assistants teach and guide you through it until you are self-sufficient. I have a long history of PT experiences and I find Personally Fit to be best to fit my current needs. ALL of the staff are supremely qualified and friendly too. I particularly like that there is a gym as part of the setting to help me reach my goals. While I have copious amounts of equipment at home, the gym gives me greater flexibility and options for a comprehensive workout. I would (and do) recommend Personally Fit to anyone needing Physical Therapy services.
I have been working out at Personally Fit since 2007 and have been treated for back issues first by Jim Flood, the previous owner, and now by Dave Blanchard for the last couple of years. I always work out 3x a week on the great equipment and do strength training exercises given to me by my therapist. These help me be stronger as I get older, all of it essential.
