So Happy I got referred to Personally Fit by my Doctor. Such a great easy going facility with superb professionals. I work with Charmaine and she is such a GEM. Very Professional/ Knowledgeable and Compassionate BUT most importantly SHE GET RESULTS :) I feel there is always progress. I recently had positional vertigo, where room went spinning if I went down from vertical to horizontal positions and turning in bed from left to right side. MY ENT referred me for physical therapy. Erica at Personally fit was my PT. I went in for an evaluation thinking this is voodoo medicine and what can a PT do to fix my problem? Erica tested me for all types of balance. The atmosphere is friendly. The staff is skilled and professional. I have benefited from both the PT services and the fitness classes.
Staff is professional and friendly. Jess is an excellent physical therapist, has thorough knowledge of injury recovery. Training and exercise has helped me through different injuries. Easy to work with.
