We've used Personalized Security Services at our home for several years. Kevin is ALWAYS helpful, without exception, and he's a trusted vendor for our family! They are able to provide access using an app, making use of our security system a snap from home or while we're away. When there's a glitch (and they don't happen often), he and his team handle it quickly, efficiently, and affordably. We HIGHLY recommend!
This company has the BEST customer service! I have been using them for my second home in Rancho Mirage for almost 10 years. Kevin just went to my house and locked the door for me because I was having trouble with mu app. HE DROVE TO MY HOUSE TO LOCK THE DOOR!!!!! They are the BEST!
